SARATOGA, NY: For the past four years, I never knew that Vidgle will grow as fast as it did. By our third year, we had viewers by the hundreds of thousands from all over the globe! And I would like to thank you, the viewers, for being there and supporting us for over four years.

As Vidgle will be turning five years old this fall, I have some special announcements and comments I would like to make.

First involves our flagship series Con Goer. Some of our loyal viewers are aware, we are about 4 months behind in production. We are doing the best we can to produce the series in a way that everyone would enjoy. In fact, this year to date, we have been to over 10 events. We are hoping that this summer will give us time to get caught up in production. Again, I

apologize for the delay in production.

Next up is the website. I am please to announce that we are in the final stages to launch a

new website by Otakon. The new website will return our photo gallery and Vidgle Dispatch (formally Vidgle Blog). The new website will have a fresh, sleak new design that users can navigate our site easily than ever before. In addition, by summer end, we are planning to launch a tablet version of our website; designed specifically for touch screen tablets.

And the last announcement will be the biggest one of all. Since the beginning of Vidgle, the original plans of the site is to showcase our series and short films. Vidgle began airing 'Con Goer' with other shows including "Sports Report" and "Cruzin' Hollywood" with Vidgle's co-founder Niki Cruz. After our launch, Vidgle staff didn't aim at the direction of creating short films, since 2008 plans were then dropped.

Today, I am proud to announce that we are going back to the roots of Vidgle of making short films. Our first short film will be making a debut at Otakon 2012 in Baltimore, MD from July 27-29 at the Baltimore Convention Center. "Con Drama" is a film about con-goers staying in an hotel room and the dilemma of it. Please refer to the Otakon website or on the Vidgle website for showtime.
